The 2007 NHL hockey season is officially underway as the Los Angeles Kings defeated the Anaheim Ducks 4-1 on Saturday night. This game also served as the launching point for our 2007 NHL handicapping season as we picked the Kings to cover the number and get us off to a 1-0 start to the year.
